    Conflictos por recursos marinos en África giran en torno al acceso: Estudio

    Los conflictos por recursos marinos pueden surgir cuando barcos industriales entran en aguas costeras utilizadas por pescadores de pequeña escala, se construye un puerto en un sitio de restauración de manglares o una vía navegable pasa por una área protegida marina. Un nuevo estudio identificó más de 1.000 conflictos de este tipo en África durante un período de 11 años y encontró que casi el 75% de ellos giraban en torno al acceso a los recursos marinos.
